Cette scène du dimanche avec la foule tenant les rameaux pour accueillir le Christ était la même scène vue par saint Jean dans l’apocalypse et comment sera la foule rassemblée devant le trône céleste… “Après ces choses, je vis : et voici, une grande foule que personne ne pouvait dénombrer, de toute nation et tribus et peuples et langues, se tenant devant le trône et devant l’Agneau, vêtus de longues robes blanches et ayant des palmes dans leurs mains.” (Apocalypse 7:9).

أن مشهد أحد الشعانين والجموع ممسكة بسعف النخيل لإستقبال السيد المسيح هو بعينه المنظر الذي قد رآه يوحنا الحبيب في سفر الرؤيا وعما سيكون عليه الحال للجمع الواقف أمام العرش السمائى “بعد هذا نظرت واذا جمع كثير لم يستطع احد ان يعدّه من كل الامم والقبائل والشعوب والألسنة واقفون امام العرش وامام الخروف ومتسربلين بثياب بيض وفي ايديهم سعف النخل” (رؤ 7 : 9).

That Sunday’s scene is the same as what Saint John the beloved saw in the revelation when the multitude were holding palm branches while standing in front of the throne… “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands” (Revelation 7:9).
