If you ask any successful businessman or leader how did you make it? The answer will always be, I didn’t follow the crowd or I choose a different path in life.

Most people in this world are always afraid of change, they are always walking in the safe lane, following the crowd left and right, if the fashion people say you wear this, they wear it, as long as everybody is doing it even if it was ugly or if the medical people say eat this, they eat it, as long as everybody is doing it even if it was poisoness, if the politicians say that we go left, they will go left, as long as everybody is doing it even if it will lead to destruction. I can go with a hundred page list on people following the crowd thing.

Some wants to be different but doesn’t know how, so they change their look, their haircut, go to weird cults, hear wrong songs, say bad words, just to make a statement that they want to be different, but the problem is they are still going to the same place where all the crowd is going.

The elite people of this world are not politicians or the singers or actors, but it is the ones who did something that changed people life to be better, the one who invented the Electricity, the one who invented the AC (my personal favorite), the one who invented the car, the plane, the train, the ship, things that helped people be together go to other places, do things in a better way, and none of all these inventors was a politician or wanted to be one, nor they were leaders or high in ranks, in the contrary, they were despised, accused to be magicians, or of being crazy. But they choose to do something, even when they failed a hundred times before and never cared what the people will say because they know that they can do a difference just for the sake of helping others.

The people who chose the difficult way with Jesus are the ones that cannot follow the crowd, they are the ones that they so something wrong in the world system, they are the ones who wanted to change something in where the world is going, and they are the ones who saved their lives from falling in the pit.

معظم الناس في هذا العالم يخافون دائماً من التغيير، دائماً يمشون في الطريق الآمن، يمشون وراء الجموع شمالاً ويميناً. إذا قال صناع الموضة البسوا هذا، سيلسون هذا، ما دام الجميع يفعل هذا حتى لو كان ليس جميلاً، أو إذا قال المختصون بالأمور الطبية كلوا هذا، سيأكلونه، مادام الجميع يفعل هذا حتى لو كان مسموماً، إذا السياسيون قالوا اذهبوا إلى اليسار، سيذهبون إلى اليسار، ما دام الجميع يفعل هذا حتى لو قاد هذا إلى الدمار. أستطيع أن أكتب مئات الصفحات عن أناس يمشون وراء الحشود.

البعض يريد أن يكون مختلفاً ولكنهم لا يعرفون كيف، فيبدؤون بتغيير اشكالهم، وقصات شعرهم، يذهبون إلى بدع غريبة، يسمعون أغاني غير مناسبة، يقولون كلام بذيء، فقط كي يصرحوا بأنهم يريدون أن يكونوا مختلفين، ولكن المشكلة هي أنهم ذاهبون إلى نفس المكان الذي تذهب إليه الجموع.

النخبة من الناس هم ليسوا السياسيين ولا المغنيين ولا الممثلين، ولكنهم الذين صنعوا شيئاً غيروا فيه حياة الناس للأفضل، الذي اخترع الكهرباء، الذي اخترع جهاز التكييف (المفضل لدي)، الذي اخترع السيارة، الطائرة، القطار، السفينة، أشياء جعلت الناس يكونون معاً يذهبون إلى أماكن أخرى يفعلوا الأمور بطريقة أفضل. ولا يوجد واحد من هؤلاء المخترعين كان سياسياً أو أراد أن يكون سياسياً، ولم يكونوا قادة أو رتبتهم عالية، بل على العكس، كانوا محتقرين، اتهموا بأنهم سحرة، أو مجانين. ولكنهم اختاروا أن يفعلوا شيئاً، حتى حين فشلوا مئات المرات ولم يهتموا بما سيقوله الناس لأنهم يعلمون بانهم يستطيعون أن يصنعوا تغييراً، فقط من أجل أن يساعدوا الآخرين.

الاشخاص الذين اختاروا الطريق الكرب مع يسوع هم الذين لا يستطيعون أن يمشوا وراء الجموع، هم الذين رأوا شيئاً خاطئاً في نظام هذا العالم، هم الذين أرادوا تغيير شيء في المكان الذي ذاهب إليه العالم، وهم الذين أنقذوا أنفسهم من الوقوع في الحفرة.
