Le vrai serviteur n’essaye pas de faire une déclaration de ses accomplissements dans sa mission. Quand le vrai serviteur devient rien, le Seigneur devient tout. Pour éviter la division, nous devrions donner au Seigneur une chance de remplir notre vide. Aussi, le Seigneur ne peut-Il pas remplir un cœur qui est déjà plein d’autre chose. Alors, sommes-nous enclins à laisser le Seigneur être tout? … “Car Dieu résiste aux orgueilleux, mais il donne la grâce aux humbles.” (1 Pierre 5:5).
الخادم الحقيقى لا يعمل قائمة تحتوى على إنجازته فى الخدمة، لأنه عندما يكون هو لاشىء حينئذ يكون السيد المسيح كل شىء. و حتى لا تكون هناك إنشقاقات علينا أن نعطى للسيد المسيح الفرصة لكى يملأ هو الفراغ الذى نحيا فيه. و لكن لا يملأ السيد المسيح القلب المتشبع بأشياء أخرى. إذاً هل لدينا نحن الإرادة فى أن يكون الرب كل شىء؟…“اللهَ يُقَاوِمُ الْمُسْتَكْبِرِينَ، وَأَمَّا الْمُتَوَاضِعُونَ فَيُعْطِيهِمْ نِعْمَةً.” (1 بطرس 5:5).
The real servant does not try to make a statement about his achievements in his mission. When the real servant becomes nothing the Lord becomes everything. In order to avoid division we should give the Lord a chance to fill our emptiness. Yet the Lord can’t fill a heart that is already full of something else. So, are we willing to let the Lord be everything?… “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” (1 Peter 5:5).
