Nous avons constamment besoin de cette eau vivifiante pour nous réconcilier avec Dieu et pour bénir nos âmes par son Esprit Saint. Si nous continuons à nier notre besoin de cette eau vivifiante, nous ne nous réjouirons pas par la grâce de la rédemption. Cet assèchement interne du corps peut être éteint, si nous le voulons, en suivant le modèle de la Samaritaine qui a déjà bu cette eau vivifiante de la vie céleste. Que nous soyons riches ou pauvres, grands ou petits, forts ou faibles, nous avons quand même besoin de boire de cette source courante qui nous est offerte par Dieu… «Mais celui qui boira de l’eau que je lui donnerai n’aura jamais soif » (Jean 4:14).

إننا فى الحقيقة فى مسيس الحاجة إلى هذا الماء الحى لنتصالح مع الله فتتبارك أنفسنا بروحه القدوس. فلو داومنا على إنكار إحتياجنا إلى هذا الماء الحى فلن نتمتع بنعمة الفداء. و إذا أردنا أن نطفىء هذا الظمأ الجسدى الداخلى، فلابد وأن نتمثل بتلك السامرية التى إرتوت بنفس هذا الماء السمائى الحى. فمهما كنا أغنياء أو فقراء، كباراً أو صغاراً، أقوياء أو ضعفاء… فنحن جمعياً فى هذا الإحتياج لكى نشرب من هذا الينبوع المتدفق والذى منحه الله لنا… “ولكن مَن يشرب من الماء الذي أُعطيه أنا فلن يعطش إلى الأبد” (يوحنا 14:4).

We need the living water to have the reconciliation back into the fellowship of God and to have the sanctification by the Spirit of God. Nothing will ever change if we continue to deny that we need the living water of the Lord. If we want to quench the inner thirst in our lives we have to drink of this living water as the Samaritan woman did. Whether we are rich or poor, old or young, strong or weak… we all have this inner thirst and we all need the living water that the Lord offers… “But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst.” (John 4:1
