I saw one of the useful
references for us in one of the museums from more than a month, and I copied
part of it.. And when I was about to finish, I was told that photocopying
was forbidden, and I was forced to delete all the files from the Camera..
We had to get that valuable reference, which was printed from more than 100
years.. It was not protected by copyrights or anything..

رأيت مرجعاً
مفيداً لنا في أحد المتاحف منذ أكثر من شهر، وقمت بتصوير جزء منه.. وبعدما كنت
على وشك الانتهاء، قيل لي أنه ممنوع التصوير، وأُرغِمت على مسح جميع الملفات من
الكاميرا.. وكان لابد لنا أن نحصل على هذا المرجع القيم، الذي طُبِع منذ أكثر
من مائة عام.. وهو غير محمي بحقوق الملكية الفكرية..

That was the last
mission to be done.. I found the same reference in another place.. I paid
the fees in dollars to become a member.. I asked for it, I said I wanted to photocopy
from it, it was so big for the photocopier, I suggested using the camera,
and it was what I wanted.. I took it on one of the sides, put my jacket on
the floor, then the book over it.. Started copying the pages so fast,
before anyone comes and stops me.. I finished it all after 20 minutes, and
started photographing the pages of the references, and on the first page,
the woman in charge of the Library came to tell me that I had to get a
written permission to photograph, and should not do so.. I accepted, went
out having what I wanted.. Thank God..

كانت هذه هي
المهمة الأخيرة المطلوبة.. فقد وجدت نفس المرجع في مكان آخر.. وقمت بدفع
تكاليف الاشتراك
بالدولار.. وطلبت المرجع، وقلت أنني أريد التصوير، وكان كبيراً جداً
على ماكينة التصوير، فاقترحت الكاميرا، وكانت هي ما أريد.. ثم أخذت المرجع
جانباً، وضعت الجاكيت على الأرض، ثم وضعت المرجع فوقه.. وبدأت في التصوير
بسرعة كبيرة، قبل أن يأتي أحداً يمنعني من التصوير.. وانهيت كل المرجع بعد 20
دقيقة، وبدأت في أخذ المراجع، وفي أول صفحة منها، أتت المسئولة عن المكتبة
تخبرني بوجوب أخذ تصريح مكتوب للتصوير، وليس هكذا.. وقالت لي يكفي ما أخذت، إن
أردت المزيد، أحضر التصريح.. فوافقت على الأمر، وخرجت وقد حصلت على كل ما
أريد.. الحمد لله..
